About
Our dental clinic, which aims at a medical approach rather than a commercial approach, has adopted a multidisciplinary treatment approach with dentists and dentists who are experts in their own fields.
Starting your treatment in the UK
Your dental journey begins in the UK with a structured and clinically guided consultation. This is carried out by a UK-registered dentist and is designed to fully understand your individual needs, concerns, and expectations before considering any treatment abroad.
During this appointment, a comprehensive assessment of your oral health is completed. This includes a detailed examination of your teeth, gums, bite, and overall smile, as well as a review of your medical history and any medications you may be taking. Understanding your general health is essential to ensure that any proposed treatment is both safe and appropriate.
Where clinically necessary, diagnostic imaging such as an OPG X-ray may be taken to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. This ensures that any recommendations are based on proper clinical findings rather than assumptions or remote-only evaluations.
This stage plays a critical role in your overall treatment journey, as it allows you to receive professional advice in the UK before making any decisions about travelling abroad.
In certain cases, this initial consultation may be offered at no cost as part of our service. However, any additional investigations, diagnostics, or treatments outside the scope of this consultation may involve separate fees. These will always be clearly explained to you in advance, allowing you to make informed decisions without any unexpected costs.
In some cases, this initial consultation may be offered without charge as part of our service. However, any additional diagnostic tests or treatments outside this scope may incur fees.
Treatment planning and consent
Once your consultation is complete and you decide to explore treatment abroad, your case moves into a structured and transparent planning process.
Your personal details and relevant clinical information, including any X-rays or findings, will only be shared with our partner clinic after you have provided explicit written consent. This ensures full compliance with UK GDPR and data protection regulations, and you remain in control of how your information is used.
Following this, the partner clinic will contact you directly. They will provide a detailed and personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs. This will include recommended procedures, a full breakdown of costs, expected treatment timelines, and practical arrangements such as accommodation and local transfers.
You will have sufficient time to review all aspects of the plan, ask questions, and fully understand what is involved before committing to treatment. There is no obligation to proceed, and the decision remains entirely yours.
Travel and accommodation
Once you are comfortable with your treatment plan and decide to proceed, travel arrangements can be made.
Patients are responsible for organising and paying for their flights. Accommodation and local transfers are typically arranged by the partner clinic and may be included within the overall treatment package, depending on the type and complexity of treatment.
All details regarding your stay, clinic appointments, and transfers are confirmed in advance. This ensures that your visit is organised, structured, and as stress-free as possible, allowing you to focus on your treatment.
For dental implant treatments, care is usually delivered in two main stages to ensure proper healing and long-term success.
The first visit typically lasts between 3 to 5 days. During this stage, procedures such as tooth extractions (if required), implant placement, and initial preparations are carried out.
This is followed by a healing period of approximately 3 to 6 months. During this time, the implants integrate with the bone in a process known as osseointegration.
The second visit usually lasts between 5 to 7 days. During this stage, your final restorations — such as crowns, bridges, or full arch prostheses — are completed and fitted.
The exact number of visits and duration may vary depending on your individual case, clinical findings, and treatment plan.
Aftercare and follow-up in the UK
Ongoing care is an essential part of maintaining the long-term success of your dental treatment, particularly when treatment has been carried out abroad.
After your return to the UK, an initial review appointment may be arranged at our partner clinic to assess healing and ensure that everything is progressing as expected. This provides reassurance and an opportunity to identify any early concerns.
Long-term maintenance is equally important. Regular check-ups and professional hygiene visits are typically recommended every 6 to 12 months to maintain oral health and protect your restorations. These services are provided at standard or agreed fees.
If any issues arise following your treatment, minor adjustments — such as small corrections or maintenance-related concerns — may be managed in the UK where clinically appropriate. However, more complex situations, including structural issues or complications related to the original treatment, may require further assessment or corrective treatment at the original clinic abroad.
It is important to understand that all aftercare arrangements, including policies, fees, responsibilities, and clinical decisions, form part of your agreement directly with the treating clinic abroad.
Our role is to support communication and help facilitate access to UK-based partner clinics where possible. However, we do not act as the provider or guarantor of aftercare services, and we are not responsible for the clinical obligations, treatment outcomes, or aftercare commitments of the treating clinic.
Any aftercare services provided in the UK are subject to the terms, availability, and clinical judgement of the respective clinic and may involve additional costs depending on the nature of the treatment required.
If any issues arise, minor adjustments may be managed in the UK where appropriate. More complex situations may require further treatment at the original clinic.
Our role in your journey
We are a UK-based dental tourism coordination company focused on providing a safe, transparent, and structured pathway for patients considering treatment abroad.
Our role is to guide and support you throughout your journey. This includes helping you access a proper clinical consultation in the UK, facilitating communication with our partner clinics abroad, and assisting you before, during, and after your treatment process.
It is important to clearly state that we are not a dental clinic and do not provide dental treatment either in the UK or abroad. We do not carry out clinical procedures, make clinical decisions, or act as the treating provider at any stage.
All clinical examinations, diagnoses, treatment planning, and procedures are performed solely by qualified and registered dentists at the respective clinics. Any clinical advice you receive is provided directly by those professionals.
Our service is limited to coordination, communication, and support. We act as a bridge between you and our partner clinics to ensure that your journey is organised, transparent, and easier to navigate.
Unlike overseas call centres or informal arrangements, we offer a UK-based presence. This means you have access to in-person consultation pathways and the ability to communicate with real professionals in the UK.
We understand that one of the main concerns patients have about dental treatment abroad is the lack of aftercare and continuity. Our approach is designed to address this by creating a structured connection between your UK consultation and your treatment abroad, while maintaining clear boundaries regarding clinical responsibility.
We understand that one of the main concerns patients have about dental treatment abroad is aftercare. Our model is designed to address this by providing a clear and structured pathway before, during, and after treatment.
Fees and transparency
Transparency is a key part of our approach.
We do not charge patients additional fees for our coordination services. Treatment costs are set directly by the partner clinics, and you will pay the same price whether you contact them independently or through us.
All treatment costs, including procedures, accommodation (where applicable), and any included services, will be clearly outlined before you proceed.
It is important to note that any additional diagnostics, aftercare appointments, maintenance visits, or further treatments required in the future may involve separate fees. These will always be discussed with you in advance so that you can make informed decisions.
