Starting your treatment in the UK

Your journey begins with a detailed consultation carried out by a UK-registered dentist. This includes a full clinical examination, assessment of your teeth and gums, evaluation of your bite and smile, and a review of your medical history. Diagnostic imaging such as an OPG X-ray may be taken if clinically required. This step ensures that your treatment plan is accurate, safe, and tailored to your needs. In some cases, this initial consultation may be offered without charge as part of our service. However, any additional diagnostic tests or treatments outside this scope may incur fees.

Treatment planning and consent

If you choose to proceed with treatment abroad, your details will only be shared with our partner clinic after you have provided clear written consent. This ensures full compliance with UK GDPR and data protection regulations. The partner clinic will then contact you directly to discuss your treatment plan, costs, and travel arrangements.

Travel and accommodation

Patients are responsible for arranging and paying for their flights. Accommodation and local transfers are typically organised by the partner clinic and may be included within the treatment package, depending on the case. All details are confirmed in advance to allow you to plan your visit with confidence.

Aftercare and follow-up in the UK

After your treatment abroad, follow-up care is an important part of maintaining long-term results. An initial review appointment can be arranged at our UK partner clinic. Ongoing maintenance, including check-ups and hygiene visits, is recommended every 6–12 months and will be carried out at standard or agreed fees. If any issues arise, minor adjustments may be managed in the UK where appropriate. More complex situations may require further treatment at the original clinic.

Our role in your journey

We are a UK-based dental tourism provider focused on safety, transparency, and continuity of care. Unlike remote call centres, we offer face-to-face support in the UK, and all consultations are carried out by qualified and registered dentists. We act as a bridge between you and our partner clinics abroad, ensuring that you are supported at every stage of your treatment journey. We understand that one of the main concerns patients have about dental treatment abroad is aftercare. Our model is designed to address this by providing a clear and structured pathway before, during, and after treatment.

Fees and transparency

There are no additional charges for our coordination services. Treatment prices are set by the partner clinics, and you will pay the same price whether you contact them directly or through us. Our role is to support and guide you through the process, not to increase the cost of your treatment.
