Role of Our Company (Important Legal Clarification)

We are a UK-based dental tourism coordination company.

Our role is limited to providing support, guidance, and coordination throughout your treatment journey. This includes helping you access an initial consultation pathway in the UK, facilitating communication with partner clinics abroad, and assisting you with general information before, during, and after your treatment process.

It is important to clearly understand that we are not a dental clinic and do not provide dental treatment either in the UK or abroad. We do not carry out any clinical procedures, provide diagnoses independently, or make treatment decisions on behalf of dentists.

All clinical assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and procedures are carried out exclusively by qualified and registered dental professionals at the respective clinics.

Our involvement is strictly non-clinical. We act only as a coordinator and communication bridge between you and the treating clinic. While we aim to support you throughout your journey, we do not assume responsibility for clinical care, treatment outcomes, or decisions made by the treating professionals.

By proceeding, you acknowledge that any clinical advice, treatment recommendations, and procedures are provided directly by the treating clinic, and not by our company.

Clinical Responsibility Disclaimer

All dental treatments are performed by qualified dentists at independent clinics.

Clinical responsibility, including:

•Diagnosis
•Treatment planning
•Procedures
•Outcomes

rests solely with the treating dentist or clinic.

We do not accept liability for:

•Clinical outcomes
•Complications arising from treatment
•Changes to treatment plans made by the treating clinician

Treatment Abroad Disclaimer

If you choose to receive treatment outside the UK:

•You are entering into a direct agreement with the treating clinic abroad
•That clinic operates under its own local regulations and legal framework
•Standards, regulations, and patient protection systems may differ from those in the UK

We strongly recommend that patients:

•Carefully review all treatment plans
•Ask questions before proceeding
•Ensure they are comfortable with all aspects of care

Aftercare & Follow-Up Disclaimer

We aim to support patients with access to UK-based follow-up care where possible; however, it is important to clearly understand the structure and responsibility of aftercare arrangements.

All aftercare policies, responsibilities, and clinical obligations form part of your direct agreement with the treating clinic abroad. This includes any guarantees, treatment warranties (if offered), corrective procedures, and associated fees.

We do not act as the provider or guarantor of aftercare services.

Our role is limited to assisting communication and, where available, helping you access UK-based partner clinics for review or maintenance appointments. These services are subject to availability, clinical assessment, and the independent judgement of the treating dentist at that location.

Please note:

•Follow-up appointments, maintenance care, or corrective treatments in the UK may incur additional costs
•Not all complications or treatment-related issues can be managed within the UK
•Certain situations, including prosthetic failures or implant-related complications, may require you to return to the original clinic abroad for assessment or further treatment
•Any decisions regarding corrective treatment remain the responsibility of the treating clinic

While we aim to support you throughout your journey, we are not responsible for the delivery, outcome, or availability of aftercare services.

Fees & Financial Transparency

We are committed to clear and transparent pricing.

•Our coordination service does not add additional cost to your treatment
•Treatment fees are set by the partner clinic
•Any additional treatments, diagnostics, or aftercare services may involve extra charges

Patients will always be informed of costs before proceeding.
