Is Okay Health Dentistry a dental clinic?
Okay Health Dentistry is a patient coordination service. We help you arrange consultations, treatment planning, travel and aftercare communication. Dental treatment itself is provided by the relevant registered clinic — Monck Street Dental & Implant Centre in London, or our partner clinic Medical Dental Turkey in Antalya.
Who provides my treatment abroad?
Treatment in Türkiye is provided by Medical Dental Turkey in Antalya, an exclusive partner clinic that is not owned by Okay Health Ltd. Their clinicians are responsible for your clinical care while you are there.
Does a consultation commit me to treatment?
No. A consultation is a discussion about your dental needs and the options available. You are under no obligation to proceed.
How long will treatment take?
Timelines depend entirely on the treatment planned for you. Implant treatment, for example, usually involves a healing period between stages. The treating clinician will explain the expected timeline for your plan.
What happens when I return to the UK?
We help coordinate communication between you and the treating clinic, and follow-up care can be arranged in the UK where appropriate. Any clinical review is carried out by a registered dental professional.
Can you tell me the cost before a consultation?
Costs depend on the treatment plan agreed after a clinical assessment, so we do not publish prices. You will receive clear information in writing before you commit to anything.
What if something goes wrong after I get home?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will help you communicate with the treating clinic and, where you need to be seen urgently, we will point you to appropriate local dental care.
Which languages does your team speak?
Our UK-based team supports patients in English. Please tell us if you need support in another language and we will let you know what we can arrange.
