What we provide

We provide patient coordination services: arranging consultations, supporting treatment planning carried out by dental professionals, helping coordinate travel where treatment takes place abroad, and supporting communication afterwards. We do not provide dental treatment or clinical advice.

Use of this website

• Content is provided for general information and may be updated at any time.
• You may not use the site unlawfully or attempt to disrupt its operation.
• All content, branding and images remain the property of their respective owners.

Enquiries and appointments

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract for treatment and does not confirm an appointment. Any treatment agreement is made with the clinic providing the treatment, on that clinic's terms.

Fees

We do not publish prices because costs depend on the treatment plan agreed after a clinical assessment. Any fees will be confirmed to you in writing before you commit.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website content, or for the acts or omissions of an independent treating clinic.

Complaints

Please raise any concern with us in the first instance so we can try to resolve it. Complaints about clinical care are handled by the treating clinic under its own complaints procedure, and we will help you to raise them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
