Patient Consent Information

Consent should always be informed, voluntary and something you can withdraw.

Consent when you contact us

When you send an enquiry, you are agreeing that we may contact you about it and hold the information you have given us, as set out in our Privacy Policy. You are not agreeing to any treatment.

Consent to share information

To help you, we may need to share relevant information with Monck Street Dental & Implant Centre or with our partner clinic Medical Dental Turkey. We will tell you when this is necessary, and we share only what is needed.

Clinical consent

Consent to treatment is separate, and is taken by the treating clinician. Before you consent, you should be told the proposed treatment, the benefits and risks, the alternatives including doing nothing, the expected number of visits and the costs involved. Ask for anything you are unsure about in writing.

Consent for photography and testimonials

We publish clinical photographs and patient testimonials only with specific written consent. You can refuse without it affecting your care, and you can withdraw consent later — we will remove the content from our website, though we cannot always control copies already shared elsewhere.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@okayhealth.co.uk. Withdrawal applies going forward and does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

Capacity and support

If you need support to understand information or make a decision, tell us. We can allow more time, provide information in writing and welcome a family member, friend or advocate joining your discussions.
